BAA Business Centre provides procurement advisory in Uganda for private and development-sector clients and for companies bidding for work, including tender identification, bid preparation and supplier verification.

We help you identify tenders, prepare bids and review them for compliance. We source and verify suppliers and vendors, carry out due diligence, and design procurement policies and processes for private and development-sector clients. We also support companies to register and qualify with institutions and development partners, and advise on contract management and supply chains.
