End-to-End Document Management

BAA Business Centre manages loan documentation in Uganda from start to finish, collecting, reviewing and verifying the documents a bank needs to process a facility.

We collect, review and organise all required borrower documents, verify KYC, corporate and legal documentation, and prepare security perfection documents in liaison with legal counsel. Documents are tracked against compliance checklists and kept in secure digital document management with version control.
