Corporate Talent Development

BAA Business Centre delivers corporate talent development in Uganda, including customised training, executive coaching, talent placement and employability programmes for graduates and young people.

We design customised training in leadership, finance, sales, procurement, compliance and entrepreneurship, and provide executive coaching and management development. We also source, assess and support the placement of talent, run graduate and youth employability and internship programmes linked to the Centre’s social-impact agenda, and build the capacity of SMEs and cooperatives.
